Accountant – part-time
We have an opening for a part-time accountanting professional to support our Finance team in carrying out the responsibilities of our small department for four months during a maternity leave.
Responsibilities might include general accounting duties such as monthly closing entries, journal entries, balance sheet, account reconciliation, financial statements and internal reporting. Responsibilities include special projects, posting news and content on our websites, collecting editorial and advertising content, tagging articles, updating the calendar of events, and promoting branding online via websites and social media outlets.
Marketing and Sales Interns
Are you looking for a career in sales or marketing? We have an opportunity for part-time intern(s) to partner with our digital marketing and sales team. Responsibilities include special projects, online marketing, implement marketing programs that leverage email, inbound marketing, promoting branding online via websites and social media outlets. In addition, pulling together our monthly HubSpot data for all Putman’s websites. This data would include: website traffic, eNewletters, engagement, content, waterfalls, average monthly visitors, leads, etc. You’d also be compiling a list of digital advertisers and partnering with our sales team as they prospect for new business.
